Vendors should offer authentic wares for the period 1765-1865.  We are only in our second year and while we will allow some flexibility for now, our intention is to constantly improve the quality of the goods being offered by our vendors.  As the event matures we will encourage the return of those vendors offering items that are generally accepted by the groups that set standards for each time period.  We hope that you are already there or will join us in our efforts to improve the event.

Please note the following changes to the vendor form.  The photographer is not going to be available and we need a head count of all who wish to join in the re-enactor meal on Saturday evening.  We think the cost is going to be around $3 per person since the park is going to help subsidize the meal.

Setup for vendors may begin Thursday June 12.  We ask that everyone be open for visitors at 10 am Saturday morning and that all non period correct items are hidden from public view during the entire weekend.  Hours for the public are 10am to 5pm both days.  No vehicles will be allowed in during these hours.

There is ample parking for even the largest vehicles but no hookups for RV's
