All persons/entities who sell anything at the event are vendors and are required to pay the vendor fee in advance.

Vendors should offer authentic wares for the period 1765-1865.  As the event matures we will encourage the return of those vendors offering items that are generally accepted by the groups that set standards for each time period.  We hope that you are already there or will join us in our efforts to improve the event.

Setup for vendors may begin Thursday prior to the event.  Bear in mind that we will have school children on Friday which could mean some delays in setting up if you choose to arrive on Friday before about 2pm.  We ask that everyone be open for visitors at 10 am Saturday morning and that all non period correct items are hidden from public view during the entire weekend.  Hours for the public are 10am to 5pm both days.  No vehicles will be allowed in during these hours.

There is ample parking for even the largest vehicles but no hookups for RV's
